I have spent my entire adult life at the intersection of two worlds most people keep separate — the science of human performance and the art of actually living well.

Crystal

is a longevity strategist, master yoga educator, and founder of Aeterna Wellbeing — and she has been doing this work long before longevity became a trend.

She holds 1,400 hours of formal training across yoga, breathwork, ayurveda, prenatal yoga, and nervous system modalities — including 500 hours at the Dharma Yoga Center in New York City under Sri Dharma Mittra, one of the most respected yoga masters in the world, and 500 hours at Sacred Sounds Yoga in New York City. She is also a certified rocket yoga and progressive ashtanga teacher, trained in Puerto Rico.

a decade of rigorous, disciplined study in the science and practice of how the human body moves, breathes, regulates, and heals. It is the foundation of everything she teaches.

She also holds a B.A. in Psychology from Rutgers University — she understands not just what practices change the body, but why people change, and how to design experiences that actually stick.

She built Aeterna Wellbeing for high-performing professionals who are ready to stop running on empty and start building a body and life that feel good to live in — for the long run.

This is the work. You are in the right place.
