A signature pop-up practice. Two hours designed as one journey.

$35 · Exact location shared upon registration
A signature two-hour practice blending yoga, breathwork, and somatic release — designed to address the actual foundation underneath the noise. Built on real science. Held in a candlelit room. Two hours that move you from the noise of the day into something quieter underneath.
This is not a vinyasa class with a meditation tacked on the end. It is a designed sequence — drawn from the Dharma lineage, grounded in nervous system science, and shaped over years of teaching and practice — to move the body through a specific arc.
Calm warming. Deliberate activation. Deliberate return. Slow breath. Silence. Each section earns the next. The shape of it — and the way it lands in the body — is what makes ALIVE: The Reset a method, not a class.
You can only feel it from inside the room.

Limited spaces · intimate by design
All levels. The practice is choice-based throughout — every offering has a quieter version. If you have a regular yoga or movement practice, you'll find depth. If you're new, you'll find safety.
Yourself, in clothes you can move in. A mat is provided. A water bottle is welcome. You don't need to know anything in advance.
No. The practice is trauma-informed and entirely verbal. Nothing tonight is meant to push you into a big emotional release — though if something stirs, the space holds it.
