The Longevity Reset — Puerto Rico · Nov 12–15, 2026
Sunset over the ocean through palm fronds, Rincón Puerto Rico

Four days.
One island rhythm.
Your island reset.

You're tired, wired, and running on habits that stopped working years ago. This is four days to actually unplug, move your body properly, and walk away with a longevity practice you'll keep using long after you're home.

"Sipping tea as the sun sinks behind the palms — a gentle breeze, the scent of the island, and the slowed-down pace of one of the most beautiful places I've ever practiced in."

— Ángela González
The Program

Off the phone. Back on the mat.

You know the research — the protocols, the biomarkers, the fifteen tabs open on longevity right now. What you don't have is the quiet to actually use any of it, or a practice that's grown past the fifteen minutes you squeeze in before the first email hits.

For four days, your phone goes in a drawer and stays there. Mornings start on the mat instead of the group chat. The practice you keep meaning to deepen finally gets room to breathe — and so do you. Everyone else in that room walked away from the exact same noise to be here, which is why the conversation over dinner tends to go further than anything you'd get back home.

The House

A hideaway above the coast

A tranquil, rustic mountain hideaway above Rincón — sunrise over the mountains on one side, sunset over the Caribbean and Atlantic on the other. Space to mingle, read, write, meditate, or work out and disappear into it for a few days.

Cool off in the pool's waterfall massage, count stars from the rooftop mirador, or get a sweat in on the open-air deck or the air-conditioned fitness room. Each villa has its own kitchen, smart TV, A/C, and a private terrace. An onsite wellness center — massage, yoga, counseling — is available by request when you book.

Yoga here runs on our own specialty program, built specifically for this retreat, and every meal is real food, cooked fresh — nothing packaged, nothing that weighs you down.

Thursday evening, we'll walk down the hill for the town's weekly art walk before settling in properly.

The Town

Barefoot since the '60s

Rincón sits on the corner of Puerto Rico's west coast, Porta del Sol — beaches built for surf and swim, and food that holds its own against anywhere on the island. It's been Puerto Rico's original surf town since surfers first found the break in the 1960s, and it hasn't changed much since — barefoot, unhurried, in no rush to impress anyone. It runs on a different clock than the one you left behind, and you'll feel it by your second morning: shoulders drop, sleep gets heavier, the pull to check your phone starts to fade on its own. Your nervous system can't argue with a slower place.

You won't just come home rested. You'll come home with habits that actually stick — because you built them somewhere slow enough to notice what works.

The Experience

Four days, four simple threads.

Not a packed itinerary — a rhythm. Any biomarker testing or clinical services mentioned below are optional add-ons, delivered independently by licensed providers, never a substitute for your own physician's care.

01

Unplug

Phones away, notifications off. Most people don't realize how wired they are until three days in, when the urge to check finally quiets down.

02

Practice

Vinyasa flow, functional movement, Dharma yoga, and Rocket yoga, plus dedicated breathwork sessions — real programming built around joint health, strength, and the kind of mobility that keeps working for decades.

03

Surf or Meditate

Your choice, most afternoons — an optional group surf lesson nearby, or guided stillness. Active or quiet, both count as reset.

04

Longevity

Healthy-aging workshops and a wellness markers & biomarkers session — education you take home, not a diagnosis. An optional evening plant medicine ceremony, facilitated independently, is also part of the stay.

Why People Actually Book This

Three things this fixes.

"I'm exhausted but I can't slow down."

Nobody hands you a schedule with nothing on it. Four days with no meetings to dodge is often the first real rest a body's had in years — not the kind you sleep off in a weekend, the kind that resets your baseline.

"I've done retreats that didn't stick."

This isn't a week of yoga you forget by Wednesday. You leave with real biomarker data, a plan you understand, and habits built slowly enough to actually keep using.

"I don't want to do this alone."

Same house, shared meals, a small group — the kind of company that makes a new habit easier to hold onto once you're back home and nobody's checking in.

I've spent over a decade teaching yoga — Vinyasa, Hatha, Dharma, Ashtanga, Rocket — and studying the real science of longevity: biomarkers, nervous system health, movement that actually holds up as you age. This retreat is that work, brought to Rincón. I'm walking a small group through it myself, in a place built for exactly that.

Before You Book

A few practical things.

Is this a medical program?

No. This is a wellness and education retreat. Any biomarker testing, IV therapy, or diagnostic services mentioned on-site are optional add-ons delivered independently by licensed providers — never a substitute for your own physician's care.

What's involved in the plant medicine ceremony?

It's entirely optional and facilitated by an independent practitioner, separate from core programming. We'll share full details, including what's involved and how to opt in or out, once you've reserved your spot.

Do I need to already be "into longevity"?

No. Every practice is scaled to your level, and the workshops are designed for genuine beginners as much as long-time biohackers.

How do I get there?

Fly into Aguadilla (BQN) — it's the closest airport, about 25 minutes from the house, and we'll have group transfers waiting. If your flights route through San Juan (SJU) instead, we'll help you sort transport from there, or you're welcome to arrange your own. No rental car needed either way.

Is the surf session included in the price?

No — it's an optional add-on booked directly with a local Rincón surf school, paid separately. Rincón is one of Puerto Rico's most established surf towns, with beginner-friendly breaks close by. We'll share booking details once you've reserved your spot.

What if the retreat doesn't move forward?

If we don't have enough confirmed, paid guests by the deposit deadline, we'll notify everyone promptly and refund deposits in full before making any final commitments.
