Our retreat weaves science, nature, and yoga into a clear, doable Longevity Protocol—so you feel better fast and take home habits that last. You’ll learn the key functions and benefits of foundational poses, explore smooth transitions that cultivate resilience, and discover practices that restore balance to both body and mind. Every class weaves intelligent sequencing with nervous-system care so you leave feeling stronger, clearer, and profoundly grounded.
Morning Flow: Energizing yoga to awaken the body, open the joints, and set intention for the day.
Afternoon Workshop: Deep dive into Crystal’s Longevity Yoga method—alignment, transitions, and the science behind poses—to build strength, mobility, and functional vitality.
Evening Reset: Restorative postures, breathwork, and meditation to calm the nervous system and support deep, rejuvenating sleep.

EYT500, Lead Guide, Aeterna Wellbeing
Yoga came to me early—at twelve—during a season of loss. It became my anchor, a way to breathe through the hard edges of life and remember my own center. I went on to spend 10 years in corporate business development (media/tech), and for over a decade I’ve taught yoga, guiding students toward strength, clarity, and sacred intention.
In my late 30s, everything shifted. The cumulative impact of chronic stress and changing hormones began to rewrite my energy and mood. I did the rounds with doctors, but the medical world often offered fragmented answers and quick fixes—not the integrated support I needed. That was my turning point. I doubled down on what I know and study: yoga, breathwork, nervous system healing, nutrition, and longevity science—real tools that restore rhythm from the inside out.
With a B.A. in Psychology and ongoing graduate studies toward a Master’s in Psychology, I bridge ancient wisdom with modern evidence. Trained in over 1000 hours of Vinyasa, Hatha, Dharma, Ashtanga, and Rocket Yoga—and enriched by studies in grief counseling, crystal healing, sacred plant medicine, shamanic ritual, and Sadhguru’s Inner Engineering—I created a method that blends intelligent movement, breath, and nervous system regulation with evidence-based practices like biomarker awareness, hormone-supportive habits, and functional mobility for healthy aging.
Through Aeterna Wellbeing, I design retreats and programs that go far beyond the mat—ritual, movement, and science woven into experiences that help you reclaim vitality, regulate the nervous system, and live with intention and joy. These offerings were born from my own search for whole-person healing. If you’ve felt unseen or pieced apart by conventional approaches, you’re not alone—and there is a steadier way back to yourself.
Licensed Registered Nurse | Wellness Support & Vital Monitoring
I’m a licensed registered nurse based in Manhattan with 6+ years of experience across inpatient hospitals, outpatient clinics, private home care, and sports medicine. I’ve worked in both public and private settings throughout the city and spent multiple years volunteering in the NYC Marathon medical tents—where my medical training meets my love of athletics.
Today, I’m part of a health institute in NYC dedicated to preventive medicine and longevity. My own wellness journey—living intentionally and prioritizing vitality—moved me out of traditional hospital work, where illness is often treated too late, into a proactive model that helps people stay well.
I’m a lifelong athlete and former Division II collegiate lacrosse player; these days you’ll find me distance running or competing in beach volleyball. For over six years I’ve practiced yoga, meditation, and breathwork (and taken my mat to Puerto Rico and Costa Rica).
My passion for well-being is inseparable from my work as a nurse. I’m here to help you connect mind and body, think long-term about your health, and explore the data and daily practices that support a vibrant, enduring life.
Guide & Guardian of Ancestral Medicines
I was born in Spain, and on my spiritual path I’m known as Inirama—Shipibo for “good-smelling medicine.” My life is devoted to the healing of body, mind, and spirit through movement, ritual, and ancestral wisdom.
With over 15 years in health, movement, and biomechanics, I began as a fitness and yoga teacher and ran my own wellness center in southern Spain. My path soon carried me beyond the studio—into the jungles of Peru, the temples of India, and into the living traditions of ancestral plant medicines and sacred ceremony.
In India, I studied Ayurvedic therapies, yoga alignment, and energetic healing. In Peru, I lived and trained with the Shipibo-Conibo community along the Ucayali River, undertaking initiations (dietas) with master plants under the guidance of elders including César Maynas, Fidelia, Felipe, and others. In those periods of silence and isolation, I received ícaros (sacred songs) that continue to guide my ceremonial work.
My journey also brought me to the Matses people for training in Kambó, and to Mexico, where I learned within respected ceremonial lineages working with Bufo alvarius, Tepezcohuite, and Changa, always with humility and respect for local wisdom keepers.
Today, I share what I’ve been taught in carefully held ceremonial spaces—honoring lineage, safety, and reciprocity. My work is to support transformation and remembrance, helping people reconnect with Spirit and the medicine that lives within.
