”I offer you peace. I offer you love. I offer you friendship. I see your beauty. I hear your need. I feel your feelings. My wisdom flows from the Highest Source. I salute that Source in you. Let us work together for unity and love.” ~ Gandhi

She uses her passion for physical movement, subtle anatomy, pranayama, metaphysical inquiry, and meditation techniques to inspire her students to cultivate a deeper connection to the self through the self.
Crystal recalls the start of her spiritual journey when she was 13. Shaped by a profound personal event which caused her to question the meaning of life, she found Yoga. At age 15 she had a mystical experience with a medium who foreshadowed her current path. She completed her Bachelors in Psychology at Rutgers University, where she studied Yoga Philosophy with Senior Professor Dr. Edwin Bryant.
She worked at the Iyengar Yoga Center in NYC and began learning yoga fundamentals, and was inspired to become a yoga teacher after taking her first Jivamukti class. She completed her 200 and 300-hour yoga teacher trainings at Sacred Sounds Yoga. Her recent pilgrimage to India has transformed her approach to Yoga and what she shares. She continues to learn from different lineages and trainings, as well as everyone she meets.
