At age 15 she had a mystical experience with a medium who foreshadowed her current path. She completed her Bachelors in Psychology/Philosophy at Rutgers University where she wrote her first paper on the existence of g-d, and where she studied Yoga Philosophy with Senior Professor Dr. Edwin Bryant.

She has taught at gyms, studios, hospitals, and corporations throughout NYC. Internationally she has taught in Paris, Italy, Bali, Costa Rica, and Colombia. She has been resident yoga teacher and retreat coordinator for several retreat centers located in Bali, and Costa Rica. In addition to her teaching, she is passionate about sustainability and has been involved in the earthship project in Aguada, Puerto Rico, helping to build sustainable homes post hurricane Maria. Forever grateful for her recent travels throughout India on Pilgrimage. She continues to learn from different lineages and trainings, as well as everyone she meets
