Join us for our second annual New York spring retreat. This year we are taking you to the idyllic catskill town of Woodstock. Why have we chosen Woodstock this year? Why not! The most famous small town in the world. Beautiful nature reserves, hiking trails, and waterfalls to allow you to connect to nature. Now an eternal symbol of all things peace, love, and rock and roll (thanks to the Woodstock Music Festival of 1969). In good old, Woodstock NY, we will find tons of interesting things to see, including vibrant art galleries, one-of-a-kind boutiques, delicious restaurants, exciting hiking trails, and vivacious outdoor markets – all of which are located about 100 miles north of New York City.
An affordable, local, nature inspired yoga weekend. Return to your medicine with us! Perfect for an intro to our 5-10 day yoga retreats or as a refresher to your practice. Choose a 2, 3, or 4 day package to suit your schedule and budget. Commute in if you are local or treat yourself to a room at our Woodstock cottage. We look forward to welcoming you to Woodstock!

Come discover the pleasure of getting away. Tucked off a winding country road, at the end of a curving drive way is a spacious 18th century-style home with 2 living rooms, outdoor lounge area, a running creek in our backyard, and acres of grass lawns and forests.
This home has European decorative touches with all modern amenities. Come relax!
