Hi Dear Friends!

My next NYC pop up is Wednesday June 19th at 6pm at Pier 45 on the West Side.

So excited to be back to NYC and see you for practice. A wonderful time of the summer solstice and my birthday.

Expect to practice to a hybrid class, inspired by Rocket, Dharma, and my beach yoga vinyasa.  Meditation and breath work.

Bring a mat and water.

Afterwards, stay for non-alcoholic drinks or white wine as we watch the sun set. Can’t wait to see you!
