Sometimes it’s ok if the only thing you did today was breathe 🧎🏽‍♀️

In this evolutionary moment in time many things can start to feel a lot like grief. Many of us can’t speak it or name it. We are losing a sense of control & health , losing jobs, incomes, losing relationships, and losing and old & familiar way of life. Often we might feel we would do whatever it it takes to stop the pain of a broken heart or disrupted life. But to stop the pain would be to stop the love, and grief is an expression of love. The transformation of of pain includes not only seeing grief as love, but finding within us the strength to approach it, sit with it, to examine it, to be immersed in it, even if we feel afraid, sick, pained, or broken. In all relationships love grows, love evolves, love changes.

This Saturday we return to our weekly virtual retreat experience and journey into the seat of the heart ❤

We will flow through an energizing and spirit lifting vinyasa class followed by immune boosting breathing exercises & an exercise in managing the many stages of grief we are experiencing in one way or another during this pandemic.
