So excited to see you again soon at sunset for a very improntu yoga pop up for the summer solstice and my birthday! Can’t wait.
Expect to practice a hybrid class inspired by Dharma, Rocket and my beach vinyasa style. As always a lovely meditation to connect you to your heart and the beautiful powerful energies of the Summer Solstice.
Bring your mat and water! Afterward we will have some non-alcoholic bevs or white wine to connect while watching the sunset.
