At Villa Chill, we invite you to immerse yourself in the “Pura Vida’ Lifestyle”, where each breath and movement connects you to the pure life essence. A 270-acre gated property with dramatic cloud forests and hiking trails through a private mountainous rainforest.
Breathtaking views over the pool, overlooking the mountains will transport you to a place of peace and tranquility. Just a 11 minute shuttle ride to surf towns Dominical and Uvita, where you will find some of Costa Rica’s best surfing beaches, restaurants, and nightlife. Each private and shared bungalow has comfortable bedding, a private bathroom and balcony for deep relaxation and quiet moments between classes and excursions. Lush and safe farmland surrounding the center also provide excellent walk or a run paths to clear your mind each morning and afternoon. Each room is your home away from home. Sit by the pool during the day or under the stars by the bonfire at night and dare to create the life of your wildest dreams.

You’ll greet the morning with the golden sunrise longevity yoga and sea dip, heralding a day of deep cleansing and personal discovery. This day will be dedicated to letting go of the old and embracing the new. will prepare you to shed what no longer serves you focusing on tuning into your inner healer. As evening falls, evening sound bath + extended breathwork for deep sleep. You’ll join a circle of newfound friends, sharing stories and emotions, each reflecting your journey toward embracing your true potential.
Morning Yoga class with a focus on anti-aging practices, including poses to promote circulation and vitality.
Afternoon special workshop on anti-aging secrets and hacks and cooking class featuring a special anti-aging diet, learning to prepare dishes with local superfoods and ingredients.

With a background in psychology, 15 years in corporate business development in media, and current studies toward a Master’s in Psychology, she bridges ancient wisdom with modern science for holistic well-being.
Trained in Vinyasa, Dharma, Ashtanga, and Rocket Yoga—and enriched by studies in grief counseling, crystal healing, sacred plant medicine, shamanic traditions, and Sadhguru’s Inner Engineering—Crystal has created her own signature Longevity Yoga style. Her method blends strength, mobility, and nervous system balance with the latest longevity research.

Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $500 USD retainer. Cancellations made between November 1st and December 1st will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price. Any cancellation made between December 2nd and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum.
